To The Point

Even though Dillon's vocabulary is limited, he tells us exactly what he wants and where he wants to go - by pointing! If he's hungry he points to the kitchen and then when we take him in there - he points at his high chair. When he wants to go outside he points at the front door (or the back door if he wants to swing). Time for bed? You guessed it... he points to his room. I love the fact that he can communicate with us despite his lack of words.

Now if he would only use the baby signs that I have been trying to teach him...
